Hoboken Condominiums, This Week’s Sales
This is the Hudson County MLS (Hudson County Multiple Listing Service) list of Condo and Co-ops sold during the week of 5/21/10 in Hoboken, NJ
It’s very interesting to note that one listing, 90012255, located at 531 JEFFERSON actually sold at a premium to the last listed price. Though in December 2009 the unit was listed at $425K , the last listing price was $400K. The selling price was 407K, certainly an encouraging transaction as the selling price represented a 6.5% percent premium to the week’s average price.
Hoboken agents are evidently pricing these units right as the average discount to asking price was just -2.3% for the week
